Gustavus upsets Concordia
ST. PETER, MIN. - Concordia dug itself a deep hole against Gustavus Adolphus and never recovered.
The Gusties built a 27-0 lead in the first half and relied on its defense the rest of the way in a 27-14 win over the Cobbers.
Gustavus held Concordia's rushing attack to just 20 yards and dominated time of possesion with 41:19 minutes to the Cobbers 18:41.
Turnovers also plagued Concordia. The Cobbers had fumbled three times and had two interceptions.
Concordia drops its second straight game to fall to 3-3.
