UND football hoping to control the clock on Saturday

When you think of North Dakota football, you think of running the football.

And that is simply the key for UND this weekend when they travel to 4th ranked Sam Houston State.

The Bearkats have an offense that can put points up quickly and the Fighting Hawks don't want to give them that opportunity.

North Dakota wants to control the time of possession and keep SHSU's offense off the field.

That will come by running the football, something that the Fighting Hawks have done well this season averaging over five yards a carry in their first two games.

The Fighting Hawks and the Bearkats are scheduled to kick it off at 6pm on Saturday.

This game will be available on WDAY'Z Xtra channel.
