Marching to end domestic violence, sexual assault
GRAND FORKS - From Washington D.C. to here at home - the nation is rallying to put an end to domestic violence.
Hundreds marched down University Lane from the Memorial Union to the Chester Fritz.
The walk is followed by a speaker at the Chester Fritz, where they will talk about how domestic violence impacted their life, and how the community can help change the culture surrounding domestic violence and sexual assault.
Organizers hope students and community members come together to share their own stories and open up the conversation about how people here can stop the violence and support victims and survivors.
