Minot man arrested in terrorizing incident at bar
MINOT, N.D. -- A Minot man is in the Ward County Jail after he allegedly smashed into vehicles at a Minot bar early Saturday morning and brandished a handgun prior fleeing the area.
Arrested was Justin De Leon, 26, on charges of terrorizing, carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle and striking unattended vehicles.
Police were called to the Sport on Tap for a hit-and run report at 1:05 a.m. on Saturday.
Officers later found the suspect vehicle in a parking lot in downtown Minot and found the driver a nearby club.
Police said a handgun was recovered from the vehicle.
De Leon was take to the jail after his arrest.
